The only reason I hesitate to write this review is because I think they are the best kept secret in Fairfield County. I've had them work on quite a few projects including making and upholstering a bed, a couch , a chair, ottomans and swivel chairs. The quality of the work , detail and product is tremendous. I have loved every piece they have done for me. They are true perfectionist and it shows in the end product. As far as customer service , they are a total pleasure to deal with and have high regard for customers. Timing is so important and they deliver on what they say in terms of when projects will be done. I really can not rave enough about how great these guys are.

I had floor to ceiling vertical blinds custom made and installed by Window 25. I also purchased a Roman shade. John is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The same goes for the installation team, as well as the receptionist who answers the phone. They provide great customer service and the workmanship is superb. John helped me make the right choice of window application and the results are fabulous! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase custom made treatments for their home or office.

I had used this company in the past, with great success so it was obvious to go back to them. They were very attentive and was basically easy to schedule to look at fabrics. The shopping of fabrics got a little difficult in that 2 of the 3 fabrics i picked out were no longer available. I won't go into the details but from there it got a little difficult with no similar fabrics and time constraints.All that to say - everyone made a huge effort to find fabrics.The end of the story is that the work they do is stunning and my chairs which are antiques were brought up to date re stuffed and sprung. And the work is meticulous.I would recommend them for sure.
